Aequor proudly earned the #1 spot on the Austin Business Journal’s “Largest Temporary Staffing Firms” list for the second year in a row. This repeat recognition reinforces our leadership in the Austin market and our ability to consistently deliver high-quality staffing solutions across industries.

In addition, Aequor was also ranked #2 on the Austin Business Journal’s 2024 Temporary Staffing Firms in the Austin Area list, further highlighting our strong local presence and the lasting partnerships we’ve built with both clients and candidates.

Climbing the Ranks Nationally in Healthcare Staffing

This year, Aequor was recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as the 37th largest healthcare staffing firm in the U.S. for 2025, rising seven spots from our previous #44 ranking. This upward movement reflects our continued investment in people, processes, and innovative staffing solutions that support healthcare facilities and professionals nationwide.

We were also proud to be recognized among the top firms in two critical healthcare segments:

Aequor was once again named to SIA’s 2025 list of the Largest Staffing Firms in the United States, marking our fourth consecutive year on this prestigious list. This achievement is especially meaningful given the current industry climate. In 2025, only 224 firms qualified, down from 241 in 2023, as the staffing industry adjusted to slower growth, with SIA reporting that 75% of firms experienced revenue declines. Our inclusion reflects resilience, adaptability, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
