The Challenges
Process & Methodologies: Their existing processes were completely onsite focused development and with no offshore experience. Requirements gathering: The business demanded frequent changes to the software application requirements. Change Control: Highly dynamic in nature based on constant changes from its business users. New to Outsourcing: The client had no experience with external service providers and almost all of their projects were executed in-house Infrastructure: The infrastructure was equipped for onsite execution of projects and located mainly at one center
